Andrea Henning, Executive Director

Andrea has more than 26 years of experience leading strategic planning, corporate training and leadership development, including the launch of the Collaborative Labs in 2004.
She has facilitated numerous regional, national and international engagements. Andrea excels in building long-term trusted partnerships with our clients who return time and again for collaborative planning engagements. Prior to the Labs, Andrea led corporate training and organizational development for companies including Chrysler, GE, Cox Communications, and Universal Studios. She managed projects at Paradigm Learning for Frito-Lay, Pepsi, Capital One and Kimberly-Clark.
Andrea is a certified Co-Active Coach. Her education includes a BA from Wheaton College, a M.Ed., and post-graduate work in Educational Psychology from the University of Toledo.

PJ Petrick, Project Technologist

PJ is our resident Collaborative Labs technology guru who manages and operates the facilitation of all technology needs of our client engagements at Collaborative Labs. Specializing in guiding participants through the use of our cutting-edge technology, PJ uses a hands-on approach to ensure that session goals are met in the most efficient manner.
PJ joined the Collaborative Labs team when it was founded in 2004 and has over 20 years of experience in the business and management information systems industry. PJ’s calm nature brings seamless integration of technology to support our client engagements. PJ plays an integral role in the planning and production of client engagements from a technology perspective.
PJ received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Central Florida and additionally holds a CompTia A+ certification.

Tina Fischer, Director

Tina has over 30 years in leading and facilitating organizations in strategic planning, process improvement, and corporate training. In addition to facilitating, she manages the operations of Collaborative Labs that ensure successful outcomes for clients.
Tina’s previous experience as a computer consultant had her traveling across the United States helping Fortune 500 clients implement new computer systems. Through this experience, her propensity for efficiency developed. She specialized in workflow management, process improvement, effective team communication, policy and procedure documentation, training, and quality control.
Tina received her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University. She was also an adjunct math professor for St. Petersburg College. Her love of teaching and ability to simplify the complex is apparent during client engagements.

Laurie Hill, branding & Business Development Consultant

Laurie joined the Collaborative Labs in January of 2016 and leverages her extensive marketing and business management experience to help match clients to the Collaborative Labs products and services.
Laurie has worked in marketing and sales for more than 35 years in both the secular and faith-based workplace. Her work has encompassed marketing for multiple industries within the healthcare field in the Tampa Bay area as well as ownership of multiple small businesses. Laurie excels in using her business acumen and active listening skills to demonstrate the possible outcomes a client can achieve to reach their organizational goals. She is the founder of the Christian Chamber of Commerce in the Tampa Bay area and authored the book I Am in Business.

JonathAn Massie, Business Illustrator / consultant
Jonathan is Collaborative Lab’s artist extraordinaire. He brings the “wow” factor to all of our engagements by visually illuminating workshop discussions into compelling illustrations that depict their shared vision and strategy. Unlike traditional illustrators who may focus on vignettes, Jonathan forms a cohesive visual illustration in real-time that captures participants’ stories in a unique way that is used beyond the workshop into strategy implementation.
Jonathan has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. He began his career in creating graphic design and managing art departments for newspapers such as the Chicago Sun Times, Cincinnati Enquirer, Detroit Free Press and Baltimore Sun. Since inception, Jonathan has been with the lab and has focused on designing business illustrations for nonprofit, government, and commercial clients. His talents span various media, including pen, marker, computer graphics and video production.

Milo Paich, Executive Facilitator / Consultant
Milo is one of the original team members of Collaborative Labs. He excels at designing and facilitating collaborative workshops to accelerate vision, strategy and action in business and government. Milo’s business experience includes 15 years in management and executive roles followed by 20+ years as principal consultant of GlobeThink®. His work is informed by project experiences across a range of industries and categories, including biopharma, consumer products, food service, financial services, government, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, mining, technology and transportation.
Milo holds an MBA from the Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University and a BA from Point Park University’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication. When not at the Labs, Milo leads MBA courses in Strategic Brand Management as a visiting professor at Aalto University Executive Education (formerly Helsinki School of Economics) and aSSIST (Seoul School of Integrated Sciences and Technologies).

Karin Carlan, Lead Documenter
Karin serves as a documenter for the SPC Collaborative Labs. Karin captures and provides robust meeting notes, which are delivered in the Real-Time Record following each engagement. She has been with the Collaborative Labs team since 2017. Prior to working with the Labs, Karin’s career was in Technical Writing. In this role, she provided various forms of end-user, training, and software documentation for insurance, point-of-sale processing, and market analysis companies. She has a knack for providing succinct, easy-to-read documentation. Karin received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Florida
