Our Collaborative Labs facility at the EpiCenter has four innovative meeting spaces we call the “Labs.” Additionally, we have two additional labs at our Downtown St. Petersburg campus.
The Labs can be used individually or in combination together with our integrated audio/video technology.
Our labs can be reserved individually or combined for larger groups that require more space. Additionally, our Epicenter Executive Board Room can accommodate a full group of up to 140 participants. The Epicenter Labs have a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink for your convenience. For your meeting’s drinks, snacks and meals, the EpiCenter has an onsite restaurant, Natures Table Café, which offers fresh and healthy full-service catering options.

Free, easy to use WIFI – secure password-protected WIFI can be provided if needed.
Presentation podium with laptop connected to each of our large digital screens. Or you can bring in your own personal computer and connect to our audio/video systems.
“Smart-technology” ceiling tile microphones/speakers. Great for Hybrid meetings and overall sound clarity.
Digital room signage to display company name and logo as well as information about specific meeting in each lab.
